Melbourne Fertility Expo 2025
The Melbourne Fertility Expo successfully bought together Allied Health Professionals and Complementary Therapists in one place and invited members of the public in to learn more about available services and support. The vision was to enable parents in waiting to understand a broad variety of options and to have a greater say or plan their own journeys.
The MFE was a collaboration between Liz Walton and Helen Zee – Holistic Fertility Therapist.
About Helen
Helen Zee is a nationally recognised Holistic Fertility Therapist with an extensive background in somatic therapies, integrative reproductive health, and emotional wellbeing. Over her career, she has supported hundreds of women, men, and couples through the emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges of IVF, fertility treatments, surrogacy, and donor pathways.
Breaking the silence on fertility
Helen is a passionate advocate for open, honest, and inclusive fertility conversations. Having witnessed how IVF and fertility topics were often discussed in hushed tones or hidden behind closed doors, she set out to change the narrative. Her mission is to create a welcoming space where everyone – everyone – families, couples, single people, LGBTQIA+ – can access fertility knowledge and support without shame or stigma.
