Meet Our Founder
“No one should have to spend months—or years—trying to figure out who they need to see next.
My mission is to help people find the right support, at the right time, from the right people.”
Liz Walton – Fertility Expert and Coach, Founder of the Australian Fertility Summit
I’m Liz Walton – therapist, Fertility Coach, Founder of the Australian Fertility Summit, Co-Founder of the Melbourne Fertility Expo, speaker, and passionate advocate for changing the way we support people on the path to parenthood.
Like so many people, I’ve walked the fertility journey myself. I know the heartbreak, the uncertainty, the endless questions, and the feeling that everyone else seems to know where to turn while you’re left trying to navigate it all on your own.
That experience changed me.
It also showed me something that I couldn’t ignore. We have incredible fertility specialists, doctors, nurses, researchers, complementary therapists, counsellors, and advocates across Australia. But too often, they’re working in separate spaces, while the person at the centre of it all is left trying to connect the dots.
I knew there had to be a better way.
My purpose became building the bridge between these worlds—bringing medical and complementary care together, creating meaningful connections, and making it easier for people to find the right support at the right time.
That’s why I founded the Australian Fertility Summit and co-founded the Melbourne Fertility Expo.
These aren’t simply events. They’re places where conversations begin, partnerships are formed, knowledge is shared, and people discover they don’t have to walk this journey alone. They reflect what I believe so deeply—that there are many paths to parenthood, and every path deserves compassion, trusted information, and a community that walks beside you.
Today, I’m passionate about connecting people, businesses, practitioners, and organisations who share the same vision: creating a more collaborative fertility community where everyone works together for the benefit of the families we serve. Every new partnership strengthens the network of support available to parents-in-waiting, and every connection has the potential to change someone’s journey.
My vision is simple.
I want every person navigating fertility to feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered. I want them to know they’re not alone and that there is a community ready to stand beside them.
Because fertility isn’t just about creating families.
It’s about creating connection.
It’s about building bridges.
And it’s about ensuring every person has access to the care, education, support, and hope they deserve.
