LIZ WALTON – FERTILITY & CREATION COACH
Liz Walton is a passionate Fertility Coach dedicated to supporting individuals and couples on their path to parenthood. Having experienced her own fertility challenges, Liz deeply understands the emotional and physical toll this journey can take. This inspired her to create a coaching practice that blends emotional support, mindset strategies, and holistic approaches alongside medical care, helping her clients regain confidence, hope, and control over their fertility.
Recognising the need for a space where people could access expert guidance and connect with others on similar journeys, Liz founded the Australian Fertility Summit. This annual event brings together leading experts, heartfelt stories, and practical insights to empower those navigating fertility challenges.
Liz’s mission is to break down taboos, foster open conversations, and ensure no one feels alone in their journey. Through her coaching and the summit, she is committed to helping people move forward with clarity, strength, and support.
Melbourne EXPO CO-FOUNDER
Helen Zee – Holistic Fertility Practitioner & Educator
With a Bachelor of Science and a background in Pharmaceuticals, Helen has always been passionate about the science and health connection in fertility. Her career took a transformative turn when she was invited to work as a Lifestyle Practitioner at a leading IVF clinic, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of holistic health on fertility outcomes. Since then, she has dedicated her practice to helping individuals and couples prepare their bodies, minds, and lives for healthy parenthood.
As a Holistic Fertility Practitioner and Educator, Helen combines her scientific knowledge with a lifestyle-focused approach, offering guidance and support for those on their fertility journey. She is also the author of Consciously Conceive Your Baby: The Inner Secrets to Boosting Your Fertility and Getting Pregnant, where she shares insights and practical advice for optimizing fertility naturally.
Driven by a vision to bring quality information and services to the community, Helen co-founded the Melbourne Fertility Expo with Liz to ensure individuals and couples have access to comprehensive, informed choices and the right tools to navigate their fertility path. Through this event, she seeks to bridge medical expertise and holistic practices, fostering a supportive environment where families can find the resources they need to achieve their dreams of parenthood.
